This head start band class is designed to help lay a musical foundation for kids who want to change to a new band instrument, need a review of the basics to feel comfortable on their current instrument, or for outgoing 5th graders who missed out on band and want to learn to play. Students must provide their own instruments and Standards of Excellence Text.

NOTE FOR ALL MUSIC CAMPS: STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN INSTRUMENTS AND RESTS. INSTRUMENTS MAY BE RENTED AT MCLAUGHLIN STUDIOS IN LOOMIS, THE MUSIC STORE IN ROCKLIN OR NORTHRIDGE MUSIC CENTER IN CITRUS HEIGHTS.
