Wouldn’t you like to become a more informed and confident baby-sitter? This class emphasizes skill development in five major areas: Leadership/decision making, safety and safe play, basic care, first aid and professionalism. Teenagers will learn ways to evaluate situations and often avoid hazardous situations all together! Skills learned in this class can be used in everyday life not just while baby-sitting. Upon completion of all class hours, students will receive an Official Red Cross Certificate. Tuition includes Red Cross Baby-Sitter Guide. Participants are required to attend ALL class hours in order to receive the certificate. Please bring a “real type/size” baby doll or stuffed animal to this meeting. STAR Enrichment will provide a pizza lunch and snacks.
